Dundonald is one of three clubs lying within eye-catching distance. Western Gailes and Glasgow Gailes lie along side and opposite to this course. Dundonald only opened in 2005 and is fast becoming a links course of some repute, and like other new links courses, once it has fully matured, it will become a true recognised links course. It is actually the links course for the Loch Lomond Golf Club members. The course yardage can vary from 6415 up to 7300 yards, and therefore has the ability to become true Championship venue. The service and friendliness of the staff at Dundonald is excellent and it’s definitely well worth the experience.
